Film, který v roce 2000 natočil anglický režisér Stephen Daldry, který se později proslavil filmy Hodiny a Předčítač. Je to vtipný a dojmný příběh jedenáctiletého kluka z Anglie v polovině 80. let, který místo, aby podpořil svého otce a bratra při protestech proti uzavření dolu, kde pracují, si raději obuje baletní špičky a pokusí se splnit si svuj sen.
