Holka nebo kluk - babské rady/Girl or boy - old wives tales

Nedávno jsem slíbila nějaké ty babské povídačky, jestli to bude holka nebo kluk. Když jsem čekala první dítě, chtěla jsem znát pohlaví. O Vánocích jsem koupila první šatičky, aby mi na lednové prohlídce MUDr. oznámil, že to asi bude kluk. A teď babo raď!

Pohlaví druhého potomka jsme si nechali jako překvapení. Nebylo to těžké vydržet. Krizové momenty přicházely jen během lékařské prohlídky při zírání na monitor. A bylo komické, že jen co jsme z jedné takové přiběhli domů, první, co jsme zadali do Google Images bylo "pohlaví mimina na ultrazvuku ve 20. týdnu." Ale překvapivě ani z toho jsme nebyli o nic chytřejší. Možná by nám pomohla tzv. Ramziho metoda. Dr. Ramzi provedl během 10 let monitor více jak 5000 plodů, jejich umístění v děloze a pohlaví. Podle této metody může být údajně pohlaví určeno na základě polohy placenty již v 6. týdnu těhotenství. Podle výsledků studie má 97,2% plodů mužského pohlaví placentu připojenou k pravé straně dělohy, zatímco 97,5% plodů ženského pohlaví má placentu připojenou k levé straně dělohy.

Girl or boy - old wives tales

Some time ago I promised you some old wives tales to tell the gender of your baby. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I wanted to know. I bought the first little dress around Christmas and at January check-up the doctor told me that "no, now I think it will probably be a boy."

We did not want to know the gender of our second baby. It was not so difficult to stand it mostly. Critical moments came during the medical check-up when I was staring at the ultrasound monitor. And it was funny - when we came home from each medical check-ups, the first thing we did was google "baby gender 20 weeks ultrasound." Surprisingly, that did not help us very much. Maybe Ramzi's method might help us. Dr. Ramzi scanned during 10 years more than 5000 fetuses, their placental location and gender. The method says the baby's gender can be determined by location of the placenta at 6 weeks gestation. According to the study 97,2% male fetuses have placenta attached to the right side of the uterus, while 97,5% female fetuses have placenta attached to the left side of uterus.
